about us



Jürgen Junker
founded MTO-Consulting in 1996. He graduated from Darmstadt University in 1995 with a masters degree in Work and Industrial Psychology. He works as a consultant for personnel, team & organizational development and as a psychotherapist. Since 1996 he has been a lecturer at the University for Applied Science in Wiesbaden, the University for Applied Science FH Aschaffenburg and the University of Applied Arts HGKZ Zurich. Since 1992 he has run adult education classes, courses and seminars.

Doris Kroth graduated in 1995 from Chelsea College of Art and Design in London with a BA in Fine Art. She has worked in Publishing, Art Consulting and Education. Her employers and clients included Tate Modern, AKG-Images London and Kingfisher Publishing. She has been working for MTO Consulting since 2005. She is responsible for the development of seminars and workshops for our international clients.
